I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours after placing it without incurring any penalties. Simply send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL" and we will process your cancellation request. However, please note that if your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, mishandling during transit may result in a damaged item. If this happens to you, please contact us with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We will gladly send you a replacement free of charge.
